目的:对比地方性医院和部队医院普通病房的护士排班方式,分析二者区别,探索更加高效、实用的排班模式。方法选择福州某地方性三甲医院一家及部队性三甲医院一家,向两家医院所有普通病房护士长发放自制调查问卷,收集资料。结果地方性医院护理人员资源较为丰富,主要采用传统排班方式,实行责任制护理模式;部队医院护理人员相对年纪较轻,资历较浅,传统轮班制基础上结合弹性排班,主要采用小组护士共同合作的护理模式。结论根据医院实际护士资源,结合人性化选择排班模式,同时考虑护士资质采取护士岗位级别分类式排班,才能有效利用人力资源,实现安全、高效。“,”Objective To contrast the model of nurse schedule with local hospital and military hospital, in order to analyze the difference and search best model of schedule. Method Self-made Questionnaires were made to investigate the head nurses in common wards from a local First-class Hospital at Grade 3 and a military First-class Hospital at Grade 3 in Fuzhou. Results The nurse resource in local hospital is abundant, so they adopt traditional model of schedule and carry out responsibility nursing. On the other hand, nurses in military hospital are relative young and without rich experience, so they adopt traditional model combined with flexible model and carry out cooperation mode. Conclusion Base on actual nurse resource, application of humanized and classified nurse schedule can make effective use of nurse resource and achieve safe and highly active nurse.
