非正常死亡,在法医学上是指由外部作用导致的死亡,包括灾害灾难致死或工伤、医疗或交通事故、自杀、他杀、受伤害等人为事故致死。近年来,非正常死亡事件发生诱因明显增多,影响逐年扩大,处置难度加大趋势明显。此类事件突发性强、群众关注度高,处置工作稍有不慎,极有可能迅速升温,影响社会和谐稳定。因此,妥善处置非正常死亡事件,成为当前一项新的重大课题。本文结合近期我所成功处置的一起因电网改造引起的非正常死亡事件的亲身经历,谈些对此项工作的认识。 Abnormal death, in forensic medicine refers to the death caused by external effects, including death or injury caused by a disaster or work injury, medical or traffic accidents, suicide, he killed, injured and other man-made deaths. This article, combined with the recent experience I have successfully disposed of as a result of non-normal deaths caused by the transformation of power grid personal experience, talked about some of this work.
