挫折承受力教育作为一种教育形式,在实际操作中一直缺乏心理理论的指导,造成挫折承受力教育的很多误区。笔者认为,挫折承受力教育应该以中学生挫折承受力影响因素为基础,并在此基础上使用对策,通过普及挫折源,提高个体适应挫折的能力;转化挫折源,降低学生的感受能力,增强意志品质,提高学生抵抗挫折的能力,纾解消极情绪,提高学生挫折恢复能力,最终使学生的挫折承受力得到全面、切实的提高。
Setback affordability education, as an educational form, has been lacking in the guidance of psychological theories in practice, resulting in many errors in the education of setback affordability.
