煤巷掘进工作面瓦斯预抽防突措施及效果研究

在分析穿层钻孔防突机理的基础上研究了运用煤层底板巷穿层网格钻孔预抽煤巷条带煤层瓦斯的区域消突措施,设计优化了钻孔技术参数;采用间接法及自编软件通过现场测定的残余瓦斯含量反算了残余瓦斯压力,各项指标较抽采前均有较大的降低,降到了临界值以下。通过拟合曲线及现场测定计算了瓦斯抽采率,达到了抽采要求。煤巷掘进过程中未再出现动力现象,解决了采掘失衡的问题,保证了煤巷安全快速掘进。 Based on the analysis of the mechanism of anti-bursting in the borehole through the borehole, the measures to eliminate gas outburst in coal seam with pre-pumping roadway with coal seam floor through-hole are studied, and the technical parameters of drilling are optimized and designed. Self-compiled software through the on-site determination of the residual gas content back to calculate the residual gas pressure, the indicators were significantly reduced compared with the pumping before falling below the critical value. Through the fitting curves and on-site determination of gas extraction rate, reaching the pumping requirements. Coal road excavation process no longer appeared in the power phenomenon to solve the problem of mining imbalance to ensure the safe and rapid driving of coal.
