用硝酸分解磷矿所生产的含有氮与磷的二元、三元肥料统称为硝酸磷肥。文章分析世界和我国硝酸磷肥的发展过程及现状 ,指出 :硝酸磷肥是一个好的肥料品种 ,以及硝酸分解磷矿的优点。列举了“硝酸—硫酸—硫酸盐法”和“冷冻法”两个应用实例。着重指出 :建设硝酸磷肥 ,特别是冷冻法装置 ,必须经过严密的经济效益评价来决定 ,要有利可图 ,在现今硫磺资源较丰、价格较廉的情况下更要重视经济上的合理性。此外要选取有代表性矿样进行可靠的磷矿评价试验才能确定产品品种方案。
Binary and ternary fertilizers containing nitrogen and phosphorus produced by nitric acid decomposition of phosphate rock are collectively referred to as nitrophosphate. This article analyzes the development process and current situation of nitrophosphate in the world and China, and points out that nitrophosphate is a good fertilizer species and the advantage of nitric acid decomposition of phosphate rock. Emphatically pointed out: The construction of nitrophosphate, especially refrigeration equipment, must be rigorously evaluated to determine the economic benefits, to be profitable, in today’s abundant sulfur resources, the case of cheaper prices should pay more attention to economic rationality. In addition to select a representative ore samples for reliable phosphate evaluation test to determine the product variety program.
