采用直接测量固态导体内部磁场分布的方法 ,研究影响穿过式传感器实际渗透深度的各种因素。结果表明 ,实际渗透深度除与导体的电导率、磁导率及测试频率有关外 ,还与线圈的结构及激励磁场有关。最后利用遗传算法建立了涡流实际渗透深度的数学模型 ,为确定涡流在导体中的实际渗透深度提供了可靠依据
The direct measurement of the magnetic field distribution inside the solid conductor is used to study the various factors that influence the actual penetration depth of the through-type sensor. The results show that the actual penetration depth is related to the structure of the coil and the excitation magnetic field in addition to the conductivity, permeability and test frequency of the conductor. Finally, the mathematical model of the actual penetration depth of eddy current is established by genetic algorithm, which provides a reliable basis for determining the actual penetration depth of eddy current in the conductor
