小肠发生恶性肿瘤很少见,王荣升等收集20年小肠肿瘤27例,其中迴肠平滑肌肉瘤仅占2例。近几年,我们遇到2例男性老年迴肠平滑肌肉瘤患者(均经手术病理证实),临床表现为右下腹疼,类似阑尾炎症状。由于其恶性程度较低,行单纯切除术后预后尚好。其中1例肿瘤在肠系膜对侧肠壁上,呈游离状,且无淋巴结转移,术后配合中药治疗,生存期达7年8个月。一般经充分切除病变及其系膜,5年生存率可达50％以上,预后较肠癌为佳。另外1例术后出院失访。
Malignant tumors in the small intestine are rare, and Wang Rongsheng et al. collected twenty-seven cases of small intestinal tumors, of which ileal leiomyosarcoma only accounted for two cases. In recent years, we have encountered 2 male ileal leiomyosarcoma patients (all confirmed by surgical pathology), the clinical manifestations of right lower abdominal pain, similar to symptoms of appendiceal inflammation. Because of its low degree of malignancy, the prognosis after simple resection is still good. One of the tumors was in the epigastrium on the opposite side of the intestinal wall and was free of lymph node metastasis. After treatment with traditional Chinese medicine, the survival time was 7 years and 8 months. After the lesions and mesangial membranes are fully removed, the 5-year survival rate can reach 50% and the prognosis is better than that of the colon cancer. Another case was discharged after discharge.
