Holding a megaphone in his hand, a manin his 50s paces back and forth, shoutingloudly through the streets and alleys of Boende,a town located on the banks of the TshuapaRiver in Equateur Province in the northwest ofthe Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).The man is Soke Ilondja, a reporter, broadcaster,and the founder of Boende’s only radio station,Boende Radio Station.
