目的：探讨血中尼群地平的测定方法。方法：以毛细管气相色谱法、电子捕获检测器、无分流进样测定血浆中尼群地平。使用ＳＥ－５４石英毛细管柱。血浆样品用甲苯提取，硝苯地平为内标。结果：尼群地平与内标、血浆杂质分离良好，尼群地平血浆浓度在５～８０ｎｇ·ｍｌ－１范围内线性良好，ｒ＝０．９９８７，回收率１０１．５％～１０３．４％，ＲＳＤ＜６％。结论：本法可用于血中尼群地平的测定 Objective: To explore the determination of nitrendipine in blood. Methods: Plasma nitrendipine was determined by capillary gas chromatography, electron capture detector and splitless injection. SE-54 quartz capillary column was used. Plasma samples were extracted with toluene, nifedipine as an internal standard. Results: Nitrendipine was separated from the internal standard and plasma impurities. The plasma concentration of nitrendipine was linear in the range of 5 ~ 80 ng · ml-1, r = 0.9987. The recoveries ranged from 101.5% to 103.4% RSD <6%. Conclusion: This method can be used for the determination of nitrendipine in blood
