采用高效液相色谱法,使用Agilent HC-C18色谱柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以甲醇+水为流动相,用外标法对福美双和甲基硫菌灵的质量分数进行分离和检测。本方法的变异系数福美双为0.41%,甲基硫菌灵为0.35%;福美双的回收率为98.7%~100.7%,甲基硫菌灵的回收率为98.5%~100.8%;相关系数福美双为0.9996,甲基硫菌灵为0.9985。
The separation and detection of thiomersal and thiophanate-methyl were separated by HPLC with Agilent HC-C18 column and UV-vis detector using methanol + water as mobile phase. . The coefficient of variation of this method was 0.41% for thiram and 0.35% for thiophanate-methyl. The recoveries of thiram were 98.7% ~ 100.7% and the recoveries of thiophanate-methyl were 98.5% ~ 100.8%. The correlation coefficients Double for 0.9996, thiophanate-methyl for 0.9985.
