我一向怀疑国画的出路,正如一向怀疑旧体诗的出路。尽管作者会很自得,相干不相干的评论家来阐释得头头是道,作品甚至获得各种高规格的奖赏,但其千篇一律的面孔,或者近似于某家某派,让普通欣赏者不审美疲劳实在很难。但一次偶然欣赏宗其香画展时,我看到一种希望。宗先生笔下如此众多的夜景和梅花让人印象深刻。尤其夜景山水,让我怀疑它是中国国画,还是西洋水彩。传统国画较少表现夜、光、天空和水;但宗其香的画光影摇曳,烟水氤氲,有的渔火两三星,
