目的探讨256排螺旋CT在颅底脑膜瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析11例经手术病理证实的颅底脑膜瘤256排CT影像,将原始数据传至EBW工作站,采用容积再现(VR)、最大密度投影法(MIP)、多平面重组(MPR)后处理技术对图像进行重建。结果 11例脑膜瘤患者均获得满意图像,256排CT能清晰显示病灶、颅骨、血管三者的解剖关系,同时可显示脑膜瘤对邻近颅骨的骨质形态变化。结论 256排CT在颅脑脑膜瘤的诊断及术前方案的制定有重要的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of 256-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of skull base meningioma. Methods A retrospective analysis of 11 cases of 256 cases of CT images of the skull base meningioma confirmed by surgery and pathology was performed. The original data were transmitted to the EBW workstation. After volume reconstruction (VR), maximum density projection (MIP) and multiplanar reconstruction Processing techniques to reconstruct the image. Results All the 11 cases of meningioma received satisfactory images. The 256-row CT clearly showed the anatomical relationship between the lesion, skull and blood vessel, and showed the bone morphological changes of adjacent skull. Conclusion 256 rows of CT in the diagnosis of cerebral meningioma and preoperative program has important application value.
