基于常用铁素体不锈钢钢种439,通过降低硅含量,增加铝含量,得到了3种不同成分的低硅高铝不锈钢。采用金相显微镜研究了其微观组织,并通过拉伸试验及硬度测试对其力学性能进行了分析。结果表明,铝能促进439不锈钢的回复再结晶,细化晶粒。随着439不锈钢合金成分中铝含量的增加,冷轧退火板的晶粒尺寸较小,硬度、屈服强度和抗拉强度升高。
Based on the commonly used ferritic stainless steel type 439, three kinds of low-silicon high-aluminum stainless steels with different compositions were obtained by decreasing the silicon content and increasing the aluminum content. The microstructure was studied by metallographic microscope, and its mechanical properties were analyzed by tensile test and hardness test. The results show that aluminum can promote the recovery of 439 stainless steel recrystallization, grain refinement. With the increase of aluminum content in 439 stainless steel alloy, the grain size of cold rolled annealed sheet is smaller, and the hardness, yield strength and tensile strength increase.
