Objective: To explore the effect of intensive hospital infection management on the control of hospital infection in the department of ultrasound. Methods: The International Hospital of Zhejiang University began to strengthen the management of nosocomial infections in Department of Ultrasound since December 2015. From December 2015 to April 2016, 260 patients who received ultrasonic treatment at Zhejiang University International Hospital were selected as the observation group. The implementation of hospital infection management of the outer hospital received ultrasound treatment of 260 patients as a control group. Compare the two groups of patients with nosocomial infections. Results: After the implementation of nosocomial infection management, the total number of bacterial colonies in the hands of both indoor air, equipment and medical staff of the International Hospital of Zhejiang University was significantly lower than that of the nosocomial management hospital (P <0.01); the ultrasound at Zhejiang University International Hospital The awareness rate of hospital infection control was 92.31%, which was significantly higher than that of the hospital department of ultrasound who did not implement hospital infection management (P <0.05). The incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was zero, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.01). The satisfaction rate of nursing operation in the observation group was 95.38%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: To strengthen the hospital management of ultrasound department can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection and improve patient satisfaction.
