随着国际再保险市场价格上涨和供给方式由比例分保向超赔分保转变,国内保险企业的风险管理模式也产生了很多不适应的症状。本文基于对这些症状的深入分析和对症结的梳理,结合以再保险方式来平衡公司内部经营风险的管理特性,阐述应建立以内部溢额比例合约为主体的再保险管理改革方案,并对这种再保险管理体系的架构进行了简要介绍,这对当前的再保险管理改革具有重要意义。
As the international reinsurance market rises in price and the mode of supply changes from proportional reinsurance to ultra-indemnity, the risk management mode of domestic insurance companies also produces many symptoms that are not suitable for them. Based on an in-depth analysis of these symptoms and combing the crux of the problem, this article combines the reinsurance management to balance the management characteristics of the company’s internal operational risk, expounds the establishment of a reinsurance management reform program with the main part of the internal proportion of excess spillover, and reinsurance The structure of the management system is briefly introduced, which is of great significance to the current reinsurance management reform.
