通过化学键合的方法制备杯芳烃涂层毛细管,并用几种苯酚取代物对其电泳性能进行了考察。结果表明,该涂层管具有特殊的分离选择性,良好的稳定性和较高的检测灵敏度等特点。
Calixarene coated capillaries were prepared by chemical bonding method and their electrophoretic properties were investigated with several phenol substitutions. The results show that the coated tube has special separation selectivity, good stability and high detection sensitivity.
