随着我国依法行政进程的不断推进,规范化建设越来越受到各级政府的重视,从中央到地方,规范化建设的步伐不断加快,内容涉及公共管理与服务、政府自身管理与运行的各种法律、法规、规章、制度越来越健全、完备,规范化、制度化已成为包括政府部门在内的各级组织的共同追求。办公室的规范化建设问题正是在这一背景下提出来的。办公室作为机关内部的综合部门,其规范化建设既具有一定典型性也具有一定独特性。本文试图立足劳教机关实际和办公室工作特点,就劳教机关办公室规范化建设作一些初步的研究和探讨。
With the continuous progress of the administration by law in our country, the construction of standardization has drawn more and more attention from all levels of government. From the central government to the local government, the pace of standardization has been accelerating constantly. The content of the law covers various aspects of public administration and services and the government’s own management and operation Regulations, rules and regulations have become more and more sound, complete, standardized and institutionalized as the common pursuit of organizations at all levels, including the government departments. It is against this background that the standardization of office construction is put forward. As an integrated department within the department, the standardization of the office is not only typical but also unique. This article attempts to make some preliminary studies and discussions on the standardization of the labor and social services offices based on the actual situation of the labor camps and the characteristics of the office work.
