多年来,我们大连港新港港务公司始终坚持把抓好班组建设和现场管理作为深化企业管理工作的出发点和落脚点,以优化班组现场管理为突破口,强化了约束机制,规范了管理行为,夯实了企业管理基础。 一、树立新标准,迈向新目标 班组工作是企业管理基础建设的一项重要工作。前几年,在局企管处的直接指导下,我们先后制定了《班组升级管理标准》、《班组升级考核细则》和《班组建设发展规划》,并以此为内容,广泛地开展了班组升级活动,这对于夯实基础,加强管理,推动专业和企业升级起到了极其重要的作用。但随着改革的深化和实践的发展,班组升级的标准与要求、内容与形式对推动班组建设逐渐失去了原有的魅力和激情,使班组建设出现了徘徊不前。为此我们对班组的过去和现状进行了调查研究,坚持从实际出发,坚持面向班组群体,坚持从简易记的原则,将班组现场管理的复杂内容概括为五句话,制定了《优化班组(岗位)现场管理标准》,即:一美、二清、三全、
