投资推广机构作为代表国家(地区)参与增量资源国际竞争的专职机构,对促进各国、各地区开放型经济发展,产业结构调整和升级,以及增强国际竞争力具有重要作用。目前世界上已建立了500多个国家级和地区级投资推广机构,密切关注和深入研究各国、各地区投资推广机构的发展现状和运行规律,将有助于借鉴先进经验并升华投资推广内涵。文章以伦敦、香港、新加坡等地投资推广机构发展经验为蓝本,结合深圳探索构建现代投资推广体系的经验与做法为实例,为推动全国各地投资推广机构实现升级发展提供了参考路径。
As a full-time agency that represents the participation of nations (regions) in international competition in incremental resources, investment promotion agencies play an important role in promoting the development of an open economy in various countries and regions, adjusting and upgrading industrial structures, and enhancing their international competitiveness. At present, over 500 state-level and regional-level investment promotion agencies have been established in the world. It is imperative to pay close attention to and study in depth the development status and operation rules of investment promotion agencies in various countries and regions. It will help draw on advanced experience and elevate the connotation of investment promotion. Based on the experience of investment and promotion agencies in London, Hong Kong and Singapore and other experiences and practices of exploring and constructing modern investment promotion system in Shenzhen, the article provides a reference path for promoting the promotion and development of investment promotion agencies all over the country.
