研究采用不同采集方法制备的金沙藤中的挥发性化学成分。分别采用水蒸气蒸馏法和顶空进样法提取金沙藤中的挥发性成分,对其进行气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析。运用这两种方法分析出的化合物的种类和相对百分含量都有差异,采用水蒸气蒸馏法鉴定出36种挥发性化合物,顶空进样法得到34种挥发性化合物,共有成分为6种,且百分含量差别较大。两种采集方法分别提供了不同沸点金沙藤挥发性成分的化学信息;运用这两种不同的方法可得到更全面、更具体的金沙藤中挥发性成分的GC-MS结果。
The volatile chemical constituents of Cassa-villosa were prepared by different methods. Volatile components of Sabina vulgaris were extracted by steam distillation and headspace sampling, and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). There were differences in the types and relative percentages of the compounds analyzed by these two methods. 36 volatile compounds were identified by steam distillation and 34 volatile compounds were obtained by headspace sampling. The total components were 6 , And the percentage difference is bigger. The two methods provide chemical information on the volatile constituents of Morinda officinalis, respectively. By using these two different methods, more comprehensive and specific GC-MS results can be obtained for the volatile constituents of Morus alba.
