对4002头育肥黄牛做结素试验,发现阳性牛12头,结核感染率为3.0‰。7346头屠宰黄牛中,肉眼观察确定100头牛的胸内淋巴结有结核病灶,检出率1.40%,其中51头(0,69%)细菌培养阳性;75头(1.02%)经病理组织学确认结核病灶。细菌学培养阳性的51株有29株可供做菌型鉴定,其结果为牛型20株(69%),非典型分枝杆菌7株(24%),人型2株(7%)。对52头结核菌素阳性奶牛牛乳做细菌学培养阳性株,其中14株可做菌型鉴定,全部为非典型分枝杆菌。99例肺结核病人培养阳性的菌株有47例可供菌型鉴定,其结果个型结核杆菌5株10.6%),明显高于全国4.2%的水平。
