军事援助是最古老的援助形式,指由一国或组织向其他国家或组织提供以军事为目的或与军事相关的援助。目前,中国进行的军事援助主要有三个方面:装备援助,专家派出,人员培训。中国对外军事援助具有重要作用:一是政治外交的重要组成部分;二是发展和巩固外交关系的重要纽带;三是开展政治外交斗争的重要手段;四是彰显大国军队形象的重要领域;五是拓展国家利益的重要平台。
Military aid is the oldest form of aid and refers to military or military-related assistance provided by one State or organization to other countries or organizations.
