对 XZ系列杂种小麦及其亲本分别进行了抗生性、耐害性和不选择性测定。在控制条件下 ,蚜虫生殖生命表测定结果表明 ,XZ13母本的抗生性比对照品种弱 ;杂种小麦的抗生性低于其父母本 ,表明杂种小麦在抗生性上无明显的杂种优势 ;控制条件下的试验结果具有较高的可信度。耐害性测定结果表明 ,无蚜害处理、有蚜害处理与未处理三者间差异显著 ;杂种小麦 XZ1的耐害性明显大于 XZ13,两者也明显大于其他品种。选择性试验结果表明 ,蚜虫对杂种小麦具有极强的喜好性 ,选择性极强 ;杂种小麦对蚜虫的抗生性虽较弱 ,但耐害性极强 ,从而以强耐害性获得高产。若在育种中加强抗生性指标和不选择性指标的选择 ,杂种小麦的产量可能还会上一个台阶。
The resistance, tolerance and non-selectivity of XZ series hybrid wheat and their parents were tested respectively. Under control conditions, the reproductive life table of aphids showed that the antibiotic resistance of XZ13 female parent was weaker than that of the control breeds; the antibiotic resistance of hybrid wheat was lower than that of its parent parent, indicating that hybrid wheat had no obvious heterosis on the antibiotic resistance; Under the test results have high credibility. The results of resistance testing indicated that there was significant difference between aphid-treated and aphid-treated and untreated plants, and the resistance of hybrid wheat XZ1 was significantly greater than that of XZ13, both of which were significantly greater than those of other cultivars. The results of selective test showed that aphids have strong preference for hybrid wheat, and the selectivity of the hybrid wheat is very strong. The hybrid wheat is weakly resistant to aphids, but extremely resistant to high yield, thus yielding high yield with strong resistance. If the selection of antibiotic markers and non-selective markers is strengthened in breeding, the yield of hybrid wheat may reach a higher level.
