近些年来,随着我国的建筑行业的飞速发展,涌现出越来越多的建筑结构形式。由于高层建筑下部结构受力较大,上部结构受力较小,这样建筑功能要求就与常规结构布置之间产生了矛盾。由此必须在框架和剪力的交界处用一较大截面的托梁来过渡,即结构的转换层就做在框支梁这一层。因此,转换层结构实现了上下建筑空间和结构形式的变化。本文就对高层建筑钢筋混凝土梁式转换层施工技术进行了研究,以此提高梁式转换层施工工艺。
In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s construction industry, more and more architectural forms have emerged. Due to the high stress of the superstructure lower structure, the upper structure is less stressed, so the contradiction between the building functional requirements and the conventional structure layout. Therefore, the conversion layer structure to achieve the upper and lower building space and structural changes. In this paper, the construction technology of high-rise building beam-type conversion layer was studied in order to improve the construction technology of beam conversion layer.
