以三氯化磷、乙二醇、环氧乙烷、丙酮和氯气等原料合成了O,O′-二(2-氯乙基),O″-[2-双(2-氯乙氧基)磷酰基]丙基磷酸酯(DCEPP)含氯的磷酸酯阻燃剂,以液溴代替氯气还合成了含溴的磷酸酯阻燃剂(DBEPP)。将DCEPP用于聚氨酯泡沫塑料(PUF),制备了阻燃聚氨酯泡沫塑料。实验证明:添加10%(以聚醚多元醇为基的质量分数)的DCEPP能赋予PUF较好的阻燃性能,氧指数达到24.4%,水平燃烧实验离火即熄,能通过CAL117D实验。实验还表明:DCEPP阻燃PUF于90℃热老化7d后,阻燃性能变化不大。
O, O’-bis (2-chloroethyl), O "- [2-bis (2-chloroethoxy) ) Phosphoryl] propyl phosphate (DCEPP), a bromine-containing phosphate flame retardant (DBEPP) was synthesized using liquid bromine instead of chlorine.DCEPP was used in polyurethane foam (PUF) , A flame retardant polyurethane foam was prepared.The experiment proves that DCEPP with 10% (mass fraction based on polyether polyol) can impart better flame retardancy to PUF with the oxygen index reaching 24.4% That is extinguished, can pass CAL117D experiment.The experiment also shows that: DCEPP flame retardant PUF at 90 ℃ heat aging 7d, little change in flame retardant properties.
