目的评估中药提取物对鼠肠α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用。方法从治疗糖尿病的中药方剂中选出常用的54味中药,水煎煮及煎煮后残渣以70%乙醇提取,各提取物进行α-葡萄糖苷酶体外抑制活性试验,探讨其对鼠肠α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用,并与阳性对照药物阿卡波糖比较。结果与阿卡波糖相比,桑枝等9味中药水煎煮液乙醇提取物对鼠肠α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用显著,其中马齿笕、桑葚,桑枝和桑白皮这4味中药水煎煮液乙醇提取物对鼠肠α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用较强,抑制率分别为81.45%、72.35%、62.72%和63.93%,相应的阿卡波糖的抑制率为39.56%。结论中药水煎煮液乙醇提取物对鼠肠α-葡萄糖苷酶有较好的抑制作用,对新型降糖中成药品种开发具有很好的参考价值。
Objective To evaluate the inhibitory effect of Chinese herbal extracts on murine intestinal α-glucosidase. Methods A total of 54 herbs were selected from traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of diabetes. The extracts were decocted in water and decocted with 70% ethanol. The inhibitory activity of α-glucosidase in vitro of each extract was tested. - glucosidase inhibition, and compared with the positive control drug acarbose. Results Compared with acarbose, the inhibitory effects of ethanol extract of 9 Chinese herbal medicine boiling water extracts on murine intestinal α-glucosidase were significant, among which, dentotus, mulberry, mulberry and mulberry white The decoction of ethanol extracts from Chinese herbal decoction liquid had stronger inhibitory effect on murine intestinal α-glucosidase with the inhibitory rates of 81.45%, 72.35%, 62.72% and 63.93%, respectively. Conclusion The ethanol extract of Chinese herbal decoction has a good inhibitory effect on rat intestinal α-glucosidase and has good reference value for the development of new hypoglycemic proprietary Chinese medicines.
