TPP(芳香族磷酸酯)/环氧树脂在PS(聚苯乙烯)燃烧过程中具有催化成碳作用,并可减少可燃蒸汽的产生和释放,达到PS阻燃的目的。相对于PS、TPP/E618(环氧树脂)的协同比例为30/5(质量比)时阻燃效果最好,PS的氧指数可达到39.4%;TPP/E618协同比例为20/5时得到PS最佳的力学性能和阻燃性能。试样燃烧符合UL 94 V-1评价标准。
TPP (aromatic phosphate ester) / epoxy resin has the function of catalyzing carbon formation during the combustion of PS (polystyrene), and can reduce the generation and release of flammable vapors and achieve the purpose of flame retardancy of PS. Compared with PS, the synergistic effect of TPP / E618 (epoxy resin) is 30/5 (mass ratio), the flame retardant effect is the best, the oxygen index of PS can reach 39.4% and the synergistic ratio of TPP / E618 is 20/5 PS best mechanical properties and flame retardant properties. The sample burns to meet the UL 94 V-1 evaluation criteria.
