一、概述 Ti—679是一种多元“近α型”钛合金,名义成分为Ti—2.5Al-11%Sn-5%Zr—1%Mo—0.25%Si。它是以α稳定元素Al和Sn强化α相,以同晶型β稳定元素Mo强化β相。Zr是中性强化元素,与α和β钛都形成连续固溶体,加入适量的Zr可以有效地提高材料的强度而不降低其塑性。Si是共析型β稳定元素,在β相中的溶介度比α相中大得多,经适当的热处理后形成细小的硅化物[Ti_5Si_3、Ti_3Si或(Ti×Zry)_5Si_3]颗
I. INTRODUCTION Ti-679 is a kind of multiple “near α” titanium alloy with the nominal composition of Ti-2.5Al-11% Sn-5% Zr-1% Mo-0.25% Si. It is based on the α-stable elements Al and Sn-enhanced α-phase, β-stable element isomorphous β strengthen phase β. Zr is a neutral strengthening element that forms a continuous solid solution with both α and β titanium. Adding an appropriate amount of Zr can effectively increase the strength of the material without decreasing its plasticity. Si is an eutectoid β-stabilizing element with a much greater degree of dissolution in the β phase than in the α-phase, resulting in the formation of fine silicides [Ti_5Si_3, Ti_3Si or (Ti × Zry) _5Si_3] particles after proper heat treatment
