焦虑问题是困扰少数民族大学生顺利完成学业的重要因素之一。本文通过《焦虑自评量表(SAS)》问卷调查发现少数民族大学生焦虑症的学生与语言环境的改变、学习生活经历等密切相关。本文从少数民族大学生焦虑现状,成因以及沙盘游戏对少数民族大学生焦虑症干预等方面进行了研究。研究发现,沙盘游戏可以有效地缓解和治疗少数民族大学生焦虑症,对帮助少数民族大学生适应大学生活起到积极的促进作用。
Anxiety problems are one of the important factors that troubles the graduates of minority nationalities successfully completing their studies. Through the questionnaire survey of anxiety self-rating scale (SAS), this paper finds that students with minority college students anxiety disorder are closely related to changes in language environment and learning and living experience. This article studies the status and causes of anxiety among ethnic minority college students and the intervention of anxiety disorder among ethnic minority college students by using sand table games. The study found that sand table games can effectively alleviate and treat anxiety disorder among ethnic minority college students and play a positive role in helping college students of ethnic minorities to adapt to university life.
