目的调查中职护生的职业成熟度现状及其影响因素。方法采用分层抽样方法随机抽取某校不同年级共计90名中职护生,采用职业成熟度问卷调查其职业成熟度总均分及各维度均分;比较不同影响因素下职业成熟度总均分及各维度均分间的差异。结果中职护生整体职业成熟度总均分3.1520.328;年级因素(F=0.600、P>0.05)、实习经历(t=1.220、P>0.05)与兼职经历(t=1.076、P>0.05)与职业成熟度无相关;家庭年收入(F=3.096、P<0.05)及家庭最高接受教育程度(F=3.502、P<0.05)对职业成熟度总均分及多个维度有显著影响。结论中职护生群体职业成熟度处于中等偏成熟水平,年级、实习及兼职因素对其职业成熟度影响不大,而家庭年收入及家庭最高接受教育程度对其职业成熟度影响较大。
Objective To investigate the current status of occupational maturity in secondary vocational nursing students and its influencing factors. Methods A stratified sampling method was used to randomly select a total of 90 secondary nursing students at different grades in a certain school. The occupational maturity questionnaire was used to investigate the total occupational maturity scores and the average scores of each dimension. The total score of occupational maturity under different factors And the difference between each dimension equally divided. Results The overall average occupational maturity of secondary nursing students was 3.1520.328. The grade factors (F = 0.600, P> 0.05), internship experience (t = 1.220, P> 0.05) ) Had no correlation with occupational maturity; annual family income (F = 3.096, P <0.05) and family’s highest education level (F = 3.502, P <0.05) had a significant effect on the total score and the multiple dimensions of occupational maturity. Conclusion The occupational maturity of secondary nursing students group is moderately mature. Grade, internship and part-time factors have little effect on their occupational maturity. However, the annual household income and the family’s highest level of education have a greater impact on their career maturity.
