有些用户反映三轮农用车在更换制动鼓或半轴后,不久就发生半轴滚键的故障。这一故障是由一个“鼓形”套引起的。如下图所示,三轮农用车的半轴采用单端固定的方法定位,为防止半轴向里窜动,在制动鼓与半轴轴承之间装有一个鼓形套。这个套设计成鼓形的目的是:当拧紧轴头螺母时,鼓肚可以做少量弯曲变形,这样既能保证制动鼓与轴承相互顶紧,又能保证制动鼓的锥形孔与半轴的锥形头紧密配合。因此它的长度十分重要,这一长度在出厂时已予以保证。
