对3种不同直径的粗合成纤维进行了拔出试验,研究了纤维埋深、基体强度、纤维直径等因素对纤维黏结强度的影响规律。结果表明:纤维与水泥基体的黏结强度随埋深的增加而减小,最后趋于稳定;基体强度增加时,黏结强度也增加,但黏结强度随基体强度的增加同样趋于稳定;随着纤维直径增大,黏结强度稍有增加;当纤维埋深较浅时,纤维为拔出破坏,当埋深大于等于临界埋深时,会发生拔断破坏。
Three kinds of crude synthetic fibers with different diameters were pulled out to study the effects of fiber depth, matrix strength, fiber diameter and other factors on the bond strength of the fibers. The results showed that the bond strength between fiber and cement matrix decreased with the increase of depth, and finally stabilized. The bond strength also increased with the increase of matrix strength, but the bond strength tended to be stable with the increase of matrix strength. Diameter increases slightly, the bond strength increases slightly; when the fiber depth is shallow, the fiber is pull out the damage, when the depth is greater than or equal to the critical depth, will pull off the destruction.
