利用液相色谱和放射免疫分析法对入侵害虫蔗扁蛾Opogona sacchari(Bojer)幼虫期体内的蜕皮激素进行了定性和定量分析,以期明确蔗扁蛾幼虫期体内蜕皮激素的主要组分及动态变化规律.蔗扁蛾幼虫期体内的蜕皮激素种类主要是20-羟基蜕皮激素,还含有少量的26-羟基蜕皮激素.若按每头幼虫所含的蜕皮激素含量来计算,从1龄到7龄蜕皮激素含量呈递增的趋势,如将各龄幼虫蜕皮激素含量换算成每克体重所具有的量来进行比较,则各龄期幼虫的蜕皮激素含量没有明显的规律可言.整个6龄幼虫发育期间仅在第2天出现一个明显的蜕皮激素峰值,含量达到0.5475ng/虫;而整个7龄幼虫发育期间,发现有2个明显的蜕皮激素峰值,分别位于第3和第5天,含量则分别达到0.2942和0.2140ng/虫.
