在新一轮的教育体制改革下,高师音乐教育专业获得了越来越多的关注,尤其是对高师音乐专业“教学实践”型人才的培养,已经取得了瞩目的成果。我国高师音乐专业在“教学实践”型人才方面的专业培养模式现状主要集中表现在对培养目标的实践能力培养上。也应当看到的是,现行的“教学实践”型人才培养依旧有亟待改进之处。该模式在完善的过程当中也需要来自高校和教育学界专家的共同努力,力求使学生在校期间获得系统、科学的“教学实践”型人才培养,提高自己的音乐教学素养,为面对日后的激烈竞争做好充足的应对准备。
Under the new round of education system reform, music education major in normal colleges has received more and more attention. Especially, the training of “teaching practice” talents in normal colleges has achieved remarkable results. The status quo of the professional training mode of the music majors in higher normal colleges in the field of “teaching practice” is mainly concentrated on the cultivation of practical abilities for training objectives. It should also be noted that there is still room for improvement in the current “teaching practice” type of personnel training. This model also needs the joint efforts of experts from universities and educational circles in the process of perfection, so as to enable students to acquire systematic and scientific “teaching practice” talents training during their schooling and to improve their musical teaching accomplishments. Fierce competition in the future to make adequate preparation.
