目的分析氢氧化钙糊剂联合根管治疗术治疗牙髓炎的临床效果.方法选择60例牙髓炎患者,随机分为治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),分别应用氢氧化钙糊剂联合根管治疗术、氧化锌碘仿丁香油糊剂联合根管治疗术.分析两组疗效,比较牙龈指数、菌斑指数.结果治疗组的总有效率为93.33%,治疗后的牙龈指数为(0.69±0.14)分,菌斑指数为(1.37±0.42)分,比之对照组,差异均显著(P<0.05).结论氢氧化钙糊剂联合根管治疗术治疗牙髓炎的临床效果显著,可推广应用.
