在建筑物楼梯未升至屋顶的情况下,一般多在楼梯休息平台上方屋面板上设置上人孔,通过内墙铁爬梯的方式进入屋面。内墙铁爬梯的常规施工方法分为以下几种。(1)预埋。在填充墙砌筑时,直接把内墙爬梯的铁件预埋在相应位置上,这种施工方法,位置基本正确,但是要增加砌筑的砖墙灰缝的厚度,会对墙体的质量造成一定影响,且爬梯的牢固程度也不太理想。(2)植筋。在内墙爬梯相应的位置上增加构造柱,并在构造柱上钻孔、植筋,此方法将内墙爬梯的铁件固定于墙体构造柱上,增加了建造成本和工作量。
