本文介绍了一种地面式车轮踏面擦伤检测装置,利用安装在钢轨底部的振动加速度仪测定通过列车的各车轮高、低频振动电平等参数;利用列车检测器和车轮检测器来记录列车种类、车号、轴位等参数。经数据整理后获得各车轮的振动换算电压及检出率值。最后作出擦伤判断,并据此制定镟轮计划。检测列车的速度范围为15~150km/h,最小擦伤尺寸为15×15mm.经一年多试用表明,采用此装置后不但可取消繁重的人工检查,而且可将从擦伤检查至镟轮计划制定的周期从25天缩短到5天。
