目的分析个性化护理干预对冠心病患者负性情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法选取我院2014年12月~2016年12月冠心病患者78例,随机数字表法分组,各39例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用个性化护理干预。对比分析护理前后两组负面情绪评分变化情况及统计两组护理满意度。结果护理前两组HAMA、HAMD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后研究组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度92.31%(36/39)高于对照组71.79%(28/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者给予个性化护理干预,可有效缓解其负性情绪,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of personalized nursing intervention on the negative emotions and nursing satisfaction of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Seventy-eight patients with coronary heart disease from December 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into three groups (n = 39). The control group used routine nursing, and the research group used personalized nursing intervention. The changes of negative emotion scores in two groups before and after nursing were analyzed and compared, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was statistically analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups before nursing (P> 0.05). HAMA and HAMD scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) The satisfaction rate was 92.31% (36/39) higher than 71.79% (28/39) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease can effectively relieve the negative emotions and improve patient satisfaction.
