采用HNO_3-H_2O_2混合体系作为氧化剂,分别利用湿法消解和微波消解两种方式进行前处理,通过ICPAES测定谷物中Ca,Mg,P,S,Fe,Cu,Mn和Zn 8种矿质元素。通过测定标准物质验证方法的准确度,进行重复性试验验证方法的精密度。在试验条件下,标准曲线线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999 9,线性范围在0~50 mg·L~(-1)不等。湿法消解方法定量限为0.233~15.000 mg·kg~(-1),RSD%≤3.0%;微波消解方法定量限为0.133~13.267 mg·kg~(-1),RSD%≤5.0%。标准物质测定结果均在标准值范围内,微波消解与湿法消解测定结果没有显著差异。
HNO_3-H_2O_2 was used as oxidant, and pretreatment was carried out by wet digestion and microwave digestion respectively. The mineral elements Ca, Mg, P, S, Fe, Cu, Mn and Zn in grains were determined by ICPAES. By measuring the accuracy of the standard material validation method, repeat the test to verify the accuracy of the method. Under the experimental conditions, the calibration curve has a good linearity with the correlation coefficients greater than 0.999 9 and the linear range of 0-50 mg · L -1. The limit of quantification was 0.233 ~ 15.000 mg · kg -1, RSD% ≤3.0%. The limit of quantification was 0.133 ~ 13.267 mg · kg -1 with RSD% ≤5.0% by microwave digestion method. The results of standard materials were within the standard values, there was no significant difference between the results of microwave digestion and wet digestion.
