目的优选鸡血藤总黄酮滴丸的制备工艺。方法以滴丸的外观质量、溶散时间、丸重差异作为考察指标,采用加权评分法综合评分,运用正交试验优选鸡血藤总黄酮滴丸的最佳制备工艺。结果制备鸡血藤总黄酮滴丸的最佳工艺为:以聚乙二醇(PEG)4000∶PEG6000为1∶7做混合基质,药物与基质按质量比例为1∶3投料,滴头内径为4.5 mm,滴距为10 cm,滴速为30滴/min,冷却剂温度为8℃。结论该制备工艺稳定、可行,产品质量较好,为鸡血藤总黄酮滴丸的制备生产提供了参考依据。
Objective To optimize the preparation of total spironolactone drip pills. Methods The appearance quality, dissolution time and difference of pill weight of dropping pills were taken as the index of study. The weighting score method was used to make the score. The orthogonal test was used to optimize the preparation process of total flavonoids dropping pills. Results The optimum conditions for preparation of the total flavone dripping pills of Millettia were as follows: polyethylene glycol (PEG) 4000: PEG6000 was used as the mixed matrix at a mass ratio of 1: 3, the inner diameter of the dripper was 4.5 mm, drip distance 10 cm, drip rate 30 drops / min, coolant temperature 8 ℃. Conclusion The preparation process is stable and feasible, and the product quality is good, which provides a reference for the preparation and production of total flavonoids dropping pills.
