冶金工程项目同其它项目相比具有工期长、规模大、工序繁琐等特点。我国部分冶金企业管理和和经营上受传统模式的影响较深,尤其是在资金投入上管理上一味依靠自筹和银行贷款,并没有形成一种市场化的管理模式,从而导致了我国冶金项目的成本投入与国际脱轨,为了提高我国冶金企业项目成本管理,本文在合同能源管理模式下对冶金工程的成本管理进行了分析,希望对相关工作人员能够有所帮助。
Metallurgical projects compared with other projects have a longer duration, large-scale, complex processes and so on. Part of China’s metallurgical enterprises management and management of the traditional model deeply affected, especially in the management of funds blindly rely on self-financing and bank loans, and did not form a market-oriented management model, which led to China’s metallurgical projects Cost investment and international derailment. In order to improve the project cost management of China’s metallurgical enterprises, this paper analyzes the cost management of metallurgical engineering under the contract energy management mode and hopes to be helpful to relevant staffs.
