介绍了卷扬机强制驱动提升设备的一种新型的安全保护装置,能有效地防止除断绳原因引起的超速下坠或溜车。该装置直接作用在主提升钢丝绳上,改变了以往间接防止钢丝绳超速下坠或下滑的保护,从根本上解决了提升设备超速坠落、溜车等技术难题。
This paper introduces a new type of safety protection device for the winch to forcibly drive the lifting equipment, which can effectively prevent the speeding dropping or rolling off caused by the breaking of the rope. The device acts directly on the main lifting wire rope, changing the previous indirectly to prevent the rope from falling or falling speed protection, fundamentally solve the technical problems of lifting equipment speeding down, rolling the car and so on.
