对3G时代手机媒体的特征及影响力进行分析,然后以广州为案例,采用实证研究的方法对广州市政府门户网站政务要闻的栏目信息(2007年10月到2008年3月)进行统计,归纳出广州市政府信息发布及公共关系工作开展的特点并加以分析,探讨3G技术为广州政府公关工作带来的机遇与挑战,并提出建立广州统一的信息平台与编码标准、充分利用多种媒体的优势等建议。从而能更好地促进广州市政府公关工作的开展,同时也有利于“和谐广州”及“信息广州”的建设。
