本文以四川省南充市为例,探讨了基层就业和社会保障公共服务机构建设的现状,认为存在着阵地建设不平衡、人员素质不匹配、经费保障不到位、经办服务还不精细等问题,并提出了加强领导、坚持标准、精心规划、完善保障等多项对策建议。
This paper takes Nanchong City of Sichuan Province as an example to discuss the status quo of grass-roots employment and social security public service agencies. It considers that there are problems such as unbalanced construction of positions, incompatibility of personnel qualifications, inadequate funding support and inadequate handling services. And put forward a number of countermeasures and suggestions, such as strengthening leadership, upholding standards, carefully planning and improving security.
