目的:研究影响超声生物显微镜(UBM)检查前房角的因素,探讨一种动态的鉴别检查方法。方法:研究不同光照条件下,高危前房角组和粘连房角组的前房角UBM形态学改变特征。结果:常规光照条件下,高危前房角组部分病例(9/12)虹膜高度膨隆,房角入口极端狭窄,但仍保持开放;部分病例(3/12)和粘连房角组(15/15)均表现为房角关闭;强光光照至瞳孔缩小后,高危前房角组房角全部开放,粘连组房角仍保持关闭。结论:不同光照条件显著影响超声生物显微镜对前房角的检查,对常规光照条件下表现为关闭的房角,应对比鉴别不同光照条件下房角形态动态改变的特征,避免误诊。本文也讨论了影响UBM检查的因素。眼科学报1998;14:204~206。
Objective: To study the factors influencing anterior chamber angle by ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) and to explore a dynamic method of differential diagnosis. Methods: The morphological changes of UBM in the anterior chamber angle in high-risk anterior chamber angle group and attachment angle group under different light conditions were studied. RESULTS: In normal light conditions, the iris was hyperintense in some cases of high risk anterior chamber angle group (9/12), and the entrance to the angle was extremely narrow, but still remained open. In some cases (3/12) and adhesions angle group ) Showed a corner off; glare of light glanced to the pupil, high-risk anterior chamber angle group of all open, the adhesion group angle remained closed. CONCLUSION: Different light conditions significantly affect the examination of anterior chamber angle by ultrasound biomicroscopy and the angle of closure in normal light conditions. The dynamic changes of the angle of the anterior chamber under different light conditions should be identified and compared to avoid misdiagnosis.
