城市设计的目标是在三维的城市空间中化解各种矛盾,而建筑高度控制是城市设计中需要重点研判的问题。尤其在视觉敏感性较高的区域,保障对重要观察目标的视廊通畅,是保护城市风貌、提升城市品质的先决条件,也是规划设计中对建筑高度控制的基本出发点。本研究以柳州市柳东新区某区域为例,该区域位于古亭山下缓坡地带,在城市扩张过程中将成为片区门户,需要协调解决新建城市建筑形体与原始自然风貌的关系。本文基于对研究区域的基础分析,选取一组合理的视点;从实际情况出发,对观察对象进行界定;以基本空间的角度,阐明视廊分析的原理;借助GIS技术进行定量计算,表征了针对特定情况下的研究区域内建筑高度控制的综合结果。本文在综合控高结果的基础上,指出了研究区域中建筑的限定高度,并提出了建议的开发模式。
The goal of urban design is to resolve various contradictions in the three-dimensional urban space, while the control of the height of the building is a key issue in urban design. Especially in areas with high visual sensitivity, it guarantees the smoothness of the gallery for important observation targets. It is a precondition for the protection of urban features and the improvement of urban quality. It is also the basic starting point for the control of building height in planning and design. Taking Liudong New Area of Liuzhou City as an example, this area is located in the gentle slope of Gu Ting Mountain, which will become the gateway of the area during the urban expansion. It is necessary to coordinate the relationship between the new urban architecture and the original natural appearance. Based on the basic analysis of the study area, this paper selects a set of reasonable viewpoints, defines the observation objects from the actual conditions, expounds the principle of the viewport analysis from the perspective of the basic space, and quantitatively calculates with GIS technology, Comprehensive results of building height control in the study area under specific circumstances. Based on the results of integrated control and high altitude, this paper points out the limited height of the buildings in the study area and puts forward the proposed development mode.
