为了有效地预防或减少食管胃吻合口常见的并发症 [1 ,2 ] ,我科自 1985年 10月 ,采用食管胃深套叠吻合法 [3 ] ,治疗食管癌、贲门癌 6 9例 ,效果满意 ,现报告如下。1 临床资料本组男性 6 1例 ,女性 8例 ,年龄 46～ 6 7岁 ,食管癌 33例 ,其中病变位于食管中段 18例 ,位于食管下
In order to effectively prevent or reduce the common complications of esophageal and gastric anastomosis [1, 2], in October 1985, our department used a deep esophagogastrostomy [3] to treat 69 cases of esophageal and cardiac cancers. The results are satisfactory. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data: There are 61 males in this group, 8 females, 46 to 67 years of age, and 33 cases of esophageal cancer. The lesions are located in the middle esophagus in 18 cases and are located under the esophagus.
