本文重点关注了汽车在使用中,车身涂层遭受到介质、温度、湿度、气候、阳光等环境因素破坏后,涂层力学性能的衰减。评价涂层力学性能衰减的手段仍采用通常手段,即检测涂层的抗石击性和划格试验。通过论述,得出对车身涂层控制的二次力学性能是必要的,在车身外部涂漆件的涂料技术条件及涂层标准中,必须有相关涂层二次力学性能的项目及控制指标。
This article focuses on the car in use, the body coating suffered media, temperature, humidity, climate, sunlight and other environmental factors, the deterioration of the coating mechanical properties. The means to evaluate the decay of the mechanical properties of the coating is still using the usual means of measuring the stone resistance and the cross-hatch test of the coating. Through the discussion, it is concluded that it is necessary to control the secondary mechanical properties of the coating on the vehicle body. In the paint technical conditions and coating standards for the painted parts outside the vehicle body, the items of the secondary mechanical properties of the coating and the control indexes are necessary.
