Incentive mechanism is an important part of human resource management. Staff is a key component of human resources of an enterprise and a carrier of its core competitiveness. Constructing a scientific and effective incentive mechanism, giving full play to the role of qualified personnel in power enterprises is conducive to ensuring the safe and reliable operation of power grids and achieving the sustainable and harmonious development of power enterprises.
