随着我国金融市场的逐步开放,金融衍生品大量进入国人视野。2007年由于股市处于牛市,股票的回报率达到10.6%,导致人们纷纷把钱投入股市以及各种金融衍生产品,但2008年次贷危机的以来,资本市场出现衰退,而这些理财产品也暴露出巨大风险。本文从一个名为KO-DA的金融衍生理财产品出发,由其金融衍生产品的高风险性以及人们为何愿意购买如此高风险产品的原因,提出对其风险的控制监管建议,从而使其得到健康的发展。
